Hollywood (TV Guide Channel)

I have not written any Hollywood tutorials right yet due to the lack of any proper way to input listings and proper scrolling without needing the custom GPU. In the meantime, use TWCKelby's step-by-step video tutorial to emulate the 'Software Mode' of Hollywood (which does not allow for scrolling.)
